Gateica Private Limited

Gateica is based in the Ashiana Greenwood complex in Jagatpura, specifically at D-120. It is a bit of a residential area, so it feels quite different from those big business districts you see in city centers. We usually get to the office around nine. The traffic in Jaipur is getting worse every year, so some of us are always running a bit behind. Our office isn't very big, but it’s enough for the group we have. Most of our day is spent at our desks looking at computer screens. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing; it's mostly jeans and t-shirts here. When it gets too stuffy, we might step out to the small park nearby just to get some air. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us getting some water or a coffee. We handle our daily tasks as they come. There isn't any big corporate mystery to how we run things. We just work. Most of us live in the nearby neighborhoods, so the commute isn't too terrible. When the AC is working well, it’s a nice enough place to spend the day. When it breaks down, we just open the windows and deal with the heat. That’s pretty much the reality of our day-to-day life here. We’ve been at this address for a while and we just try to get our jobs done.
