Ganpati Spices

Ganpati Spices is located in Gayatri Nagar, which is just off the main Ajmer Road. It is a very busy area because of all the traffic heading out of the city. Our place is a simple one-story building with a small yard in the front. We use the yard to unload the trucks when they arrive with new stock. The wind blows quite hard here, and it often carries a lot of dust from the highway, so we are constantly sweeping the floors. We don't have any fancy office furniture. Most of our chairs are plastic, and the desk is just a plain piece of wood. We spend our days weighing spices and putting them into bags for the local shops. It’s a lot of physical work, and our hands are often stained with the colors of the different powders. We don’t have a big management team; it’s just a few of us working together. We don't bother with corporate meetings or mission statements. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the orders are ready on time. The noise from Ajmer Road is something we have stopped noticing after all these years. We don't have any big plans to expand or become a huge company. We are happy with our small spot in Gayatri Nagar. It’s an honest living, and we take pride in the simple work we do every day.
