French Government

This is our office for the French Government work here in Jaipur. We are located at 487 C in Nirman Nagar. It’s a decent area and easy enough to find once you are on the right road. We handle various administrative tasks and coordinate things that come our way. The office isn't very large. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. In Rajasthan, the heat can be a bit much in the summer, so we keep the coolers going while we work. We spend most of our time answering emails or dealing with local inquiries. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on details. We don’t have a big team here, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Nirman Nagar is a nice part of Jaipur, and we like being based here instead of the very center of the city where it’s too crowded. We get visitors occasionally who have questions about programs or official matters. We try to be clear with them about what we can do. There is no big sign outside, just the house number. We’ve been here for a while now. Most days are pretty routine. We arrive in the morning, do the filing, talk to whoever calls, and head home. It is a very normal office life. We just try to keep the paperwork moving without any mistakes. We don't need any praise, we just want to get the work done correctly.
