Our place is over at B 573 in the Murlipura Scheme in Jaipur. Flexi Works Pvt Ltd is basically a small team of us who’ve been working together in Rajasthan for a good bit of time. We don't have a big, polished lobby or a receptionist to greet you. It’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of atmosphere. The office is functional and gets the job done. Jaipur can be pretty hot in the summer, so we’ve usually got the fans or the AC humming in the background. We don't really go for all those fancy business slogans you see everywhere. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure our clients get what they need without any fuss. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of details. Sometimes we get pretty busy and the phones don't stop ringing, but we just take it one step at a time. We’re not a huge company, which means we all have to wear a lot of different hats. One minute you’re doing data work and the next you’re helping move some boxes. It’s just the way it is in a local business. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just here in Murlipura, working hard and keeping things simple for everyone involved.
