Fixpapa Technologies Private Limited is based at Plot No. E-262 in the Lala Kothi Scheme, near Jyoti Nagar in Jaipur. Our location in 302005 is pretty central, which is helpful for getting around the city. The office isn't anything elaborate. It’s a functional space where we handle all our tech and repair-related work. We’ve got a lot of spare parts and tools lying around, so it can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We started this because we liked fixing things and it eventually turned into a real business. We don't go for that corporate look with suits and ties. Most of us are more comfortable in casual clothes since the work can get a bit hands-on. There are days when things go smoothly and others where we are scratching our heads over a difficult problem for hours. That’s just the nature of what we do. We try to keep things honest and tell people exactly what’s going on with their tech. Being in the Lala Kothi area means we see a lot of the same faces, and we like that local feel. We aren't a giant chain; we’re just a local crew trying to do right by the people who come to us. It’s not a perfect operation, but we work hard and we’re proud of what we’ve built here in Jaipur. Sometimes the air conditioner breaks or we run out of tea, but we just keep going anyway.
