Our office is E-666, located on Nakul Panth in the Lal Kothi Scheme. It’s a pretty central spot, so we are close to a lot of the government buildings and other offices. Finetech Developers has been operating from here for some time now. The building is a standard office block, nothing too modern, but it does the job. We have a small team here, and usually, there is a lot of tea drinking while we look over site maps and blueprints. The Lal Kothi area is always busy, so finding a spot to park the bike can be a struggle in the mornings. We mostly work on local development projects, things like small residential plots or basic commercial structures. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big brochures. Most of our work comes through word of mouth or people seeing our boards at construction sites. We spend a lot of our time out in the sun checking on the laborers and making sure the materials arrived on time. It is dusty work and we usually go home with dirt on our shoes. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure the measurements are right. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is steady. We like being part of how the neighborhood is growing and changing over the years.
