Our office is at M-3 on Shiv Path in Sanjay Colony. We are right across from the R.P.A. Road in the Nehru Nagar area of Jaipur. It is a decent neighborhood and pretty easy for the staff to reach. Fidility It Services Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is a regular house that was converted into an office, so it feels quite cozy inside. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic on the main road nearby, but we have gotten used to it. We mainly focus on IT work and spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens. We usually bring our own lunches from home and eat together in the small pantry area. It is a good way to catch up on things that aren't about work. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working with technology. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, but usually, we head home by six. The local shops around Nehru Nagar are where we get our stationery and snacks. It is a straightforward setup without any unnecessary fluff. We just want to do decent work and keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
