Fidatech Solutions

Fidatech Solutions is located at number 22 in Bajrang Vihar, Durgapura. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes it feel a lot less stiff than those big offices downtown. We have been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. The rooms are filled with hardware, some of it new and some of it just stuff we keep for parts. We mostly focus on tech solutions for people who run into trouble with their systems. It’s a small group of us working here. We usually have a lot of papers scattered around and whiteboards that haven't been erased in weeks. It’s not because we are lazy, we just stay busy with the actual work. Durgapura is a nice place to be based. We get to see the local life moving past while we sit inside with our monitors. Sometimes a customer will come by with a laptop that won't turn on, and we spend the afternoon taking it apart on the big table in the front room. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what we can do. If we can't fix it, we say so. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just like solving the problems that come our way. The tea here is pretty good too if you catch us at the right time.
