Electro Plaza

Our shop is on the corner in Ashok Vihar, number 59, right in the Mansarovar area. It is a decent spot with a fair amount of people walking by every day. We sell a bit of everything when it relates to home electronics and small parts. The shelves are usually pretty full, sometimes a bit too full if we are being honest with ourselves. It can be hard to find a specific roll of wire if you do not know exactly where to look. We try to keep it all organized, but things often get moved around during a busy day. Most of our customers live right nearby and just pop in for a light bulb or a new battery. We have a small counter where the old register sits, and there is usually a messy stack of receipts sitting next to it. It is just a regular local store. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down most days. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door during a storm, so we keep a bucket handy just in case. It is not a high-tech place, despite the types of things we sell. We use an old desk fan to keep cool during the summer heat. People like to stand and chat for a few minutes after they buy something. We have known some of these folks for many years. It is nice to have that connection with the neighborhood folks. No big corporate vibes here, just us and the stock.
