Dinesh Lal Gupta

Operating out of C Scheme on Gautam Marg is interesting because it’s a part of town that never really sleeps. My location is G 104, and if you know this area, you know how much traffic passes by every single hour. I’m Dinesh Lal Gupta, and I’ve been set up here for a good bit now. The building is solid, though the parking around Gautam Marg is quite difficult for anyone trying to visit. I usually tell people to come early if they want a spot nearby. Inside G 104, it’s just a normal setup. I haven't spent much on decorations or fancy lighting because that’s not what matters for the work I do. We keep things organized enough so we can find what we need. The summers are harsh here, so the cooler is always running in the corner, making that humming sound all day long. I meet a lot of different people because of where we are located. Some are just passing through C Scheme, while others have lived here for decades. It’s a mix of everything. I don't have a long story about why I started this, I just needed a place to work and Gautam Marg felt right at the time. We just keep going, day by day, handling the small stuff. It’s not glamorous but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. Most of the time, I’m just here at my desk until it’s time to lock up for the night.
