You can find us at number 97 near the Gopalpura Bypass in Durgapura. It is a bit of a dusty area because of all the construction and the traffic on the main road. Our office is a straightforward place with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of documents every day, like visas and university applications. It is mostly just us sitting here and making sure the paperwork is in order. The phone rings a lot and sometimes we have to wait for ages on hold. We have a small area where people can sit while they wait for their turn. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a regular room where we do our daily work. We have been here for a few years now and we know the area well. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. We spend a lot of time explaining the same forms to different people. It is a lot of routine stuff, but it keeps us busy. We usually have a stack of passports that need to be checked. It is a simple operation and we just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
