Our office is tucked away in Gangouri Bazar. It’s on the street called Bordi Ke Kua Ka Rasta, at number 73. If you know the old parts of the city, you know how narrow and busy these lanes can get. It is a very lively place to be. There are shops everywhere and people are always shouting or talking. We have been here helping people with their education plans for some time. Most of the people who come in are looking for advice on schools or colleges. We sit in a small room with a lot of papers stacked up on the tables. It is not the most modern office you will ever see. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit old. But it is an honest place. We know the local area well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when a festival is going on in the bazaar. We just close the windows and carry on. Dealing with consultants can be confusing, so we just try to talk to people plainly. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a simple life here in the bazaar. We open up in the morning, talk to whoever walks in, and then head home when it gets dark. It is just how we do things in our little street.
