We set up Delphinium Softwares Private Limited here because it’s a nice residential neighborhood that feels more like a community than a business district. Our office is pretty straightforward, it's a place where we come to write code and solve software problems. Most of us have been working in tech for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry. We aren't a big, flashy company. We are just a group of people who are good with computers and decided to start our own thing. The work involves a lot of sitting and thinking, and sometimes a lot of frustration when a piece of software doesn't do what it is supposed to. We try to keep things relaxed in the office. There’s no dress code or strict hierarchy here. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is available just jumps in and does it. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Vidhyadhar Nagar, the local shops, and the people walking by. It’s a good place to be. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy marketing. We just show up every day, do the work, and try to make sure everything we build actually works for the people using it. That is all we really care about at the end of the day.
