Darvik Innovative Private Limited

At Darvik Innovative Private Limited, we are based in Narayan Vihar - B in Jaipur. Our office is Flat 101 on Plot 97-98. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a big city center. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. The space is filled with a few desks and a lot of cables. We aren't the type of place that cares much about being polished or looking like a big corporation. We just want to do our work and go home. There are several of us who handle the daily operations. We talk a lot about how to fix things and how to make things better, but we do it in plain English. The neighborhood is growing quite fast, so there is always construction noise nearby. We’ve gotten used to it though. Sometimes we go out for tea at the corner shop when we need a break from the screens. It’s a decent place to work and the commute isn't too bad for most of the team. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay honest with our clients. If a job is hard, we say so. We don't believe in making things sound easier than they are.
