Createch Software Pvt Ltd is over in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur, right on Tagore Marg near Fms-Iirm. We have been in this spot in Sector 11 for a good while now. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires under the tables. It gets pretty quiet during the day because everyone is focused on their screens, but there’s always someone making tea in the back. We aren't some massive corporation with glass walls and fancy coffee machines. We just do our work and try to get things finished on time. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, so we have to deal with that like everyone else in Rajasthan. The street outside can get pretty noisy with traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of us live nearby so we walk or take a scooter to the office every morning. It’s a basic place where we spend too many hours staring at code and fixing bugs that shouldn't be there. We don't have a big reception area or anyone in a suit greeting you at the door. If you come by, you’ll probably just see someone with headphones on trying to figure out a problem. It’s just a regular software job in a regular part of Jaipur, really. Nothing more to it than that. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the servers running as best as we can.
