Conversions Incorporation is situated at F47 Sunder Marg in the Cscheme area of Jaipur. Rajasthan is known for its history, but C-scheme is where a lot of the modern business happens. Our office is on a busy street where you can always hear the cars and bikes going by. It’s a central spot which makes it easy for the staff to get to work. We have been in this building for some time now. The interior is pretty standard, nothing that would win any design awards. We just have our equipment and our workspace. We do our daily work here, focusing on whatever needs to get done for our clients. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and taking notes. We don't have a big reception desk with a fancy logo. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at their desk. Lunch breaks are often spent at the local stalls nearby or just eating at the desks. The atmosphere is casual. Most of us wear regular clothes and we talk to each other like neighbors. It’s a practical environment. We don’t use big words to describe what we do; we just handle the day-to-day operations and try to stay organized in the middle of a busy city. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors, but we just sort it out. It's a small team, so we all know each other's names. The floor is a bit creaky in the corner by the printer, but it's okay.
