We’re Comcare It Solutions Private Limited, tucked away in Shri Ram Colony within the Azad Basti area. If you’re familiar with S.C Road in Jaipur, we’re right there, c/o Vikas Airen at number 63. Our spot isn't some glass tower in a corporate park; it’s a real part of the neighborhood. We focus on IT solutions because that’s what we know how to do. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like everyone’s computer decided to stop working at the same time. We handle it all as it comes. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve known each other for a long time. There is a lot of tea drinking and a lot of looking at screens. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be something we’re not. If a fix takes two hours, we tell you it takes two hours. We do not like overcomplicating things with big words or confusing talk. The office is a bit cluttered with old hardware and boxes, but we know where everything is. Jaipur is a fast-growing city, but we like the feel of our little corner in 302001. People in the colony know us as the IT guys, and we’re fine with that. We just want to provide a solid service without any unnecessary drama. It has been our home for a while, and we plan to stay right here in the colony for the foreseeable future.
