Cminus Solutions is based in Flat 302, at D-113 in Saraswati Nagar. This is right in Malviya Nagar, which is a pretty well-known part of Jaipur. Working out of a flat gives the whole place a very different feel than a corporate office. It’s more like a home, really. We’ve got our setup in the rooms, and we spend most of our days here. Since we are a private limited company, we have some paperwork to deal with, but mostly we just focus on the solutions we provide. It’s a quiet spot, and the neighbors are mostly families. We try not to make too much noise. Jaipur is a great city to work in, and being in 302017 makes everything convenient. We aren't doing anything fancy like you see in movies. It’s just a few of us sitting around laptops, trying to solve problems. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we end up ordering food from the nearby stalls. We’ve lived in Rajasthan all our lives, so we know how things work here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do it. If a client needs something, we talk it through and get started. No big meetings or long presentations. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine here in Malviya Nagar. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job every single day.
