Chandra Trading Co

You can find Chandra Trading Co right at Choti Chaupar, specifically in the area known as Chtrbuj ji ka Kanda. Our place is number 233. It is a very old part of the city, and the streets are always packed with scooters and people carrying stuff back and forth. The building itself has seen better days, but it holds up well enough for what we do. Inside, it is mostly boxes and ledgers piled up on old wooden desks. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on those heavy iron fans that roar all day long. Sometimes the electricity cuts out in the middle of a busy afternoon, and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. Dealing with traders and locals in this market means you hear a lot of shouting and horns honking from morning until night. It is a loud environment, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend most of our time checking over manifests and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the floor. It is simple work, really. There is nothing polished about how we run things, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We have our tea delivered from the stall around the corner twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon shift.
