Carnot Education Llp is located at 298 in Indra Colony, over in Burja. If you know the area, it is a pretty regular residential neighborhood. Our office is basically a small space where we manage all the education-related tasks. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in big cities. It’s more of a local spot where we feel at home. We have a few desks and some chairs, and we spend most of our day on the phones or typing away. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and it feels nice and lively. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well for the people who come to us. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers sometimes, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple setup. We started this because we wanted to be involved in the education sector right here in Burja. Dealing with the day-to-day stuff keeps us busy enough. We don’t have a fancy dress code or big meetings. Usually, we just talk across the room to each other to solve things. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most people who visit us are from nearby. We like being part of the Indra Colony community. It feels real and honest. We just keep our heads down and keep the work moving along every single day.
