Cadilac Pharma

Our shop, Cadilac Pharma, is tucked away in Malviya Nagar, right near the Fortis Escorts Hospital. It is a very busy area because of all the hospital traffic. You can hear ambulances and horns all day long. We started this place because we saw how many people needed a reliable spot to get their supplies without traveling too far across the city. It is not a fancy setup. We have the usual rows of medicines and a small wooden desk where I sit to do the accounts. My brother usually handles the front counter while I manage the stock in the back room. The space is a bit tight but we make it work for us. We get all sorts of people coming in, some looking very worried and others just picking up their regular monthly tablets. We try to be quick because nobody wants to wait around in a pharmacy for longer than they have to. Malviya Nagar has changed a lot since we first opened, but this corner near the hospital stays pretty much the same. We deal with various distributors every morning. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the main road, which can be quite frustrating. We do not have a big mission statement or anything. We just open the shutters, check the list, and start the day. It is just a regular local business trying to do things right. We keep the shelves stocked and help the folks who come in.
