Cadcon Engineering Consultants Pvt Ltd is based at D-224 on Tulsi Marg in Bani Park. Bani Park is a fairly old and established part of the city. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. It’s a solid place to work. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign. It’s more about the desks and the computers. We deal with engineering stuff, which means a lot of numbers and technical drawings. It gets a bit intense sometimes. We have a small team here. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on whatever project is on the screen. Tulsi Marg is a nice street, fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We get a mix of different people coming through the door. Some are looking for advice on a structure, others need full sets of plans. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing. We just explain what needs to happen to make a building safe or functional. It’s very practical work. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. That’s just the job. We drink quite a bit of tea to keep going. We’ve been part of the Bani Park landscape for enough time that most of the locals know where we are. We just keep doing what we do. It is a quiet business, but we keep busy enough.
