Operating out of Jodhpur for Binani Cement Ltd means we’re right in the heart of the city. It’s a different vibe than being out at the plant in Pindwara. We’re tucked away in a spot that lets us handle the business side of things without being right in the middle of the dust and noise of the factory. That’s not to say it’s quiet, though. The city has its own kind of energy that keeps us on our toes. We spend our days coordinating, checking on orders, and making sure the Rajasthan distribution is going where it should. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s got desks, some old files, and a few fans that have seen better days. We don't really care about being polished or sounding corporate. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families. Some days the heat in Jodhpur is enough to make you want to quit, but we just drink more water and keep at it. We’ve got a small team here, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so there’s not much need for formalities. We just say what’s on our minds and get back to the paperwork. It’s a honest day’s work in a city we know inside and out. We don’t make things complicated. We just do what we do and try to stay cool.
