Bhukmariya Brothers

Our place, Bhukmariya Brothers, is in the Kapoor Building at 4 Chaura Rasta, specifically in the Film Calony area. It’s a location with a bit of history, though the building itself shows its age. We’ve got a small office here that’s usually cluttered with papers and various items we handle. The area is always teeming with people, which makes for an interesting view if you have a moment to look out the window. We mostly focus on our daily trade and making sure our records match up. It’s a family-run kind of atmosphere, so things aren't always strictly formal. We might be having tea when a customer walks in, and that’s just how it goes. There’s no corporate dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for the work. Some days are incredibly slow, and we just sit around talking, while other days we don’t even have time for a lunch break. The stairs in the Kapoor Building can be a bit creaky. We don't have any high-tech systems for our work, just the basic tools and what we know from years of doing this. We’ve known the other shopkeepers in the colony for years. It feels like a small community. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just open up the shop, deal with the business at hand, and go home at the end of the day. It’s nothing special, just our daily bread and butter.
