Balaji Ayurvedic Chikitsalaya

We are located at the Jhotwara Main Kanta Chourha, inside the Shree Mhaveer Ayurved Hospital building. This intersection is one of the busiest spots in Jhotwara, so there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. Balaji Ayurvedic Chikitsalaya is a place where we practice traditional ways of helping people feel better. The rooms smell like herbs and oils. We have jars of different powders and roots lined up on the shelves. People come in from all over the area, some looking for help with old pains and others just wanting to stay healthy. The hospital setting means we see a lot of people every day. It’s not a fancy modern clinic with bright lights; it’s more quiet and traditional. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their habits and what they eat. It’s a slow process compared to modern medicine, but it’s what we know. The office is simple, with a few benches for waiting and a desk for consultations. Outside, the traffic at Kanta Chourha never seems to stop. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the horns anymore. It’s a local place for local people. We just keep our head down and focus on the patients who come in. It’s about being part of the community here in Jhotwara and doing what we can with the knowledge we have. We keep the doors open and try to help.
