Axiom Pharma

Axiom Pharma is located in Jhotwara. This part of the city is always full of life and has a lot of narrow streets branching off the main roads. Our shop is right in the middle of all that activity. Every morning we roll up the blue metal shutter and start the day by checking what orders need to be filled. Jhotwara has a very local feel to it, and we see the same people walking past every day on their way to work or the market. The shop isn't massive, so we have to be very clever about how we stack the boxes and arrange the shelves. We use every inch of space, even the area under the main counter. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they have a lot of character from the years we have spent here. We have a small ceiling fan that wobbles a bit when it is on the highest setting, but it helps during the humid months. Most of the afternoon is spent talking to suppliers or updating our records in a thick notebook. There is a lot of traffic noise from the street, but you eventually get used to it. Sometimes we share a tea with the shopkeeper next door when things are slow. It is a simple, honest business and we just focus on making sure the shelves are stocked and the shop is ready for whoever comes in next.
