Audere Technologies Llp is based at 105 Muhana Road, over in the Patrakar Colony area of Mansarover. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, and we’ve made ourselves quite comfortable here. The office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We have enough room for our gear and a place to sit and think. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a nice bonus. We aren't into all that corporate talk about synergy or moving the needle. We just like to build things that work and solve the problems our clients bring to us. Some days are slow and we spend a lot of time talking about what to have for lunch, and other days we’re so busy we barely look up from our screens. It’s a very human way of doing business. We make mistakes sometimes, but we always fix them. That’s just part of the process. Patrakar Colony has its own vibe, and we feel like we fit in pretty well. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us, working on technology and trying to keep things moving forward. We like the independence of being an LLP. It gives us the freedom to take on the kind of work we actually enjoy doing without too much red tape.
