Arinsta Private Limited

Arinsta Private Limited is based out of Flat S-1, which is part of Plot E-8 in Dronpuri, Girdharipura. We are right in the Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur. If you know where Shalby Hospital is, we are basically right across from it. It is a busy part of the city, which is nice because there is always somewhere to grab a quick bite to eat. Our office is essentially a converted flat. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We have set up our computers in the main rooms and use the kitchen for our endless rounds of chai. There are about six of us here most days. We do not have a big human resources department or a boss in a suit. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The building is a bit older, so the walls are thick and it stays relatively cool even when the Jaipur sun is out. We do not have any big slogans on the walls. It is just a place where we come to work and earn a living. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk, and we just deal with it. It is a practical setup for a small business. We like being in Vaishali Nagar because it is a good mix of people. We just show up, do our tasks, and head home to 302021.
