Apeksha Associates

Apeksha Associates is located in room 403 of Alankar Plaza in Vidhyadhar Nagar. It is a busy place, and the parking is always a bit of a nightmare, so we usually get to work a bit frustrated. The office is just a simple space where we handle property papers and talk to folks who are looking for a new place. We’ve been in Vidhyadhar Nagar for a bit now, so we know which blocks are quiet and which ones are too noisy at night. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or fancy software. It’s mostly just us, our notebooks, and a lot of phone calls. We aren't interested in being the biggest name in town. We just want to get through the day's work without too many mistakes in the contracts. People come in with all sorts of problems, and we try to listen, even if we can't always solve everything right away. The building itself is a bit old, and the stairs can be a workout, but it works for us. We spend our time checking on listings and making sure the owners are actually telling the truth about their properties. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and sometimes things fall through at the last minute. That’s just the nature of this business. We just keep showing up and doing what we can to keep the office running every day.
