Anjali Foods

Anjali Foods is tucked away at 52 A in Laxmi Nagar, which is part of the C Scheme neighborhood. It is a decent place to work. The building itself is just a regular structure that we have adapted for our food business. When we are busy, the whole place smells like the ingredients we are working with that day. We have a small group of people here. Everyone knows what their job is, so we don't have to talk much once the work starts. The address 52 A is on a street that gets some traffic, but it is nothing like the main market roads. Sometimes we have trouble with parking when the supply trucks come, but we make it work. We have some old tables and chairs in the back where we take our lunch breaks. It is not a corporate office with a lobby or a receptionist. If someone knocks on the door, one of us just goes and opens it. We have been doing this for a while and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. We don't have a mission statement or a big marketing plan. We just focus on making sure the food is handled correctly and the orders go out to the right people. The walls are a bit plain and we have stacks of containers in the corners. It is a very practical setup for a small local business like ours. We just keep at it.
