We are located at House Number 358, right on the road that leads to the Jagat Shiromani Temple in Amer. It is an old part of town with a lot of history all around us. Since we are so close to the temple and the fort, we see a lot of people passing by every day. Our office is just a part of the house where we have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they want to go and showing them the best routes to take around Rajasthan. The road outside can get very dusty and crowded with tourists and cows, especially during the festival times. We have lived in Amer for a long time, so we know all the little lanes and the best spots that are not in the guidebooks. It is not a fancy tour company with big buses. We mostly just help people figure out their trips and arrange for cars when they need them. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench and watch the elephants go up towards the fort. It is a slow-paced kind of life here, even with all the visitors. We don't have a website that looks professional or anything like that. People usually just find us by walking down the temple road and seeing our small board near the gate of the house. It has been our home for years.
