We’re based at Shiv Sadan in Manikya Nagar. The place is under the care of Madhusudan Malani, and that’s where All Things Net Private Limited operates from. It’s more of a personal setup than a big office building. Manikya Nagar is a quiet enough area, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It feels a lot more comfortable than being in a cold, glass office. There are no cubicles here, just rooms where we sit and handle our tasks. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors or the birds outside, which is better than city sirens. We’ve been here for a while and the name Shiv Sadan is what people look for if they’re trying to find us. We don’t use any marketing tricks to make us sound bigger than we are. It’s a small team and we like it that way. Everyone knows everyone else, and we just get on with it. Being in a residential-style area makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed. We don't wear ties or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be done. It’s a straightforward, honest place to work from.
