You can find us at 52/73 in Pratap Nagar, Sanganer. It’s a straightforward location and we have been operating out of here for a while. We focus on system services, meaning if there is something wrong with your computer setup or your office network, we are the ones who get called. Sanganer is a busy area, but our street is usually okay for parking. We aren't a big firm with a lot of departments. It’s just us working on hardware and making sure things run like they should. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and cables. Sometimes we are out visiting other offices in Pratap Nagar to fix things on-site. The shop itself is mostly filled with tools and spare parts for various machines. We don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee. It’s a place for work. People bring in their laptops when they stop working or if they need an upgrade. We tell them what needs to be done and how much it might cost. It’s all very direct. We like living and working in Sanganer because it feels like home. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just fix what is broken and help people get back to their own jobs. It's a small operation but it keeps us on our toes every single day. We've built up a good relationship with the local shops around us too, so we always know who to call for tea.
