Our team at One Aim Web Logics Pvt. Ltd. works out of number 23 in the Mission Compound on Ajmer Road. It’s a fairly well-known area, so people usually don't have much trouble finding the building. The compound itself has a bit of history to it, and we like the feeling of being in a place that’s been around for a while. Our office is a mix of old architecture and new computers. We have a few rooms filled with desks where we handle all the web stuff. It’s not always perfectly tidy because we have notebooks and half-drunk cups of coffee scattered around, but that’s just how we work best. Ajmer Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the sounds of the city all day long. We have a small area where we keep a fridge and a microwave for our lunches. Sometimes we stay late when a project is nearing a deadline, and the compound gets really quiet then. We don't have a big corporate structure here; it’s mostly just a few of us who know how to build things online. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending formal emails for every little thing. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we stay focused on the tasks we have at hand. It feels more like a workshop than a typical office space.
