I run things myself from my place at E/26 in Vishwakarma Colony 2, which is over in the Shastri Nagar area. Ajay Singh is just the name on the door, and I do not have a big corporate office with a flashy sign. Most people in the neighborhood just know me and come by when they need help with travel. I handle the details myself because I like to know exactly what is going on with every booking. I do not have a staff of twenty people; it is usually just me and a few drivers I have known for years. I spend a lot of my time on the phone making sure everything is lined up correctly. Shastri Nagar is a good place to be based because it is central but still feels like a real neighborhood. Sometimes I am out on the road myself if things get really hectic during the busy season. I do not use fancy language or try to sell people things they do not need. I just give my honest opinion on how much a trip will cost and the best way to get there. Dealing with all the paperwork is the most boring part of the job, but I make sure it gets done right. People come back to me because they know I will actually pick up the phone when they call. It is a simple business built on just doing the work.
