Ajay Kumar

My name is Ajay Kumar and I run my operations from New Sanganer Road. The specific area is Katewa Nagar in Sodala, and the house or shop number is 161. If you know the Sodala area, you know how busy the roads can get around here. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of different shops and families living nearby. My place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular door with the number on it. Inside, it’s mostly just me and a couple of others working at our own pace. We have a routine that we follow every day. We open up, tidy the desks, and then start going through the list of things that need to be finished. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought things as we needed them over the years. We have a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead bulbs. The floor is easy to sweep and we try to keep the dust away, though that's hard with the road right there. People stop by occasionally to ask for directions or just to say hello. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy slogans. It’s just a honest place where we spend our hours working and talking about the news. It suits us just fine. We have a small radio that plays songs in the background while we work.
