Acro Paint Ltd

We are over at Trimurti Circle in the Transport Nagar area. It’s a place where there are always a lot of trucks and heavy machinery moving around. Our building is mostly full of stacks of paint cans and big drums. It’s not a very clean place because there’s always a bit of dust from the road and some paint spills on the concrete floor. We spend our time mixing colors and checking orders for the local builders and painters. We have a small desk where we keep the books and the phone, but mostly we are on our feet moving things around. The light inside isn't great, so we usually keep the big bay doors open to let the sun in. It gets noisy with the trucks shifting gears right outside the door. We don't have any fancy displays or color wheels on the walls. People usually come in knowing what they need, or they bring a scrap of wood they want to match. We do our best to get the shade right using the machines we have. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to wait around drinking tea until it shows up. It’s a practical kind of job. We deal with a lot of contractors who are in a rush to get back to their sites. We just give them their cans, take the payment, and move on to the next person. It’s a lot of lifting and blue-collar work.
