Aci Computer & Telecom

If you go down Jhotwara Road to Road Number 1, that’s where Aci Computer & Telecom is. We deal with computers and phones, mostly fixing them when they act up. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the wires and old computer towers sitting around. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where things get done. People bring in laptops that are running slow or phones with broken buttons. We take them apart, see what’s wrong, and try to get them working again. Jhotwara Road is always packed, so there’s plenty of people walking by. Some just come in to print a document or ask a quick tech question. We don't mind. We've been at this for a while, so we've seen all kinds of broken stuff. It’s just me and a couple of others here. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to get the job done so people can get back to their work. The lighting inside could be better, and the counter is scratched up from years of sliding laptops across it. But it’s a real place. We don't put on an act. If we can't fix it, we'll tell you honestly. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood. They know where we are on Road Number 1. It’s a simple business, nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the tools ready and the door open.
