A 1 Tours & Travel Jaipur operates across the Jaipur and Ajmer areas of Rajasthan. We don’t really have one of those big, shiny offices you see in the city center. Most of our day is spent on the road or at the various transit points between these two cities. We keep our operation simple and mobile. Our main focus is just getting people where they need to go. We have a few vehicles that we keep in good working order, though they certainly have some miles on them from all the traveling. We aren't a big corporate entity with a bunch of rules and polished brochures. We’re just a small team of drivers and coordinators who know these roads better than anyone else. We handle bookings mostly over the phone while we’re on the move. You can often find us at the local dhabas along the Jaipur-Ajmer highway during our breaks. We don’t do any big marketing or have a dedicated sales staff. People usually hear about us from someone else who used our services before. It’s a very straightforward business. We deal with the heat and the dust of the Rajasthan roads every day. We don't wear fancy uniforms. We just dress for the weather and the long hours behind the wheel. It’s a lot of driving, but we’re used to it. We just take each day and each trip as it comes.
