Our spot is over in Paradip, right near the communication area. Being in Orissa, especially this close to the port and industrial zones, means things are always moving. First Flight Couriers Ltd is basically a hub for all the bits and pieces people need sent. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but we are easy to find once you get into the 754142 area. We spend most of our time staring at labels and checking addresses against our maps. It’s a humid place to work sometimes, but we’ve got fans going. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's functional. We handle a lot of local stuff and things coming from further out in the state. People drop by with envelopes or boxes they need moved fast. Sometimes the rain slows things down on the roads, but that’s just life in Paradip. We try to stay organized, though the piles of packages can grow pretty fast during the busy weeks. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just pens, paper, and knowing the routes by heart. It’s a straightforward operation here. No one wears suits.
