Afcon Infrastructure Ltd

We are based out in Jagannathpur, which is in the Jagatsinghpur district of Orissa. It is a bit of a distance from the bigger cities, but we actually like the quiet surroundings here. The post office is in Tiran, which is where we get all our mail. Our setup at Afcon Infrastructure Ltd is pretty basic and functional. We spend a lot of time out on the ground because of the nature of the projects we handle. It is not the kind of office where you sit in air conditioning all day long. The roads around here can get very tricky during the monsoon season, so we have to plan things carefully. Everyone on our team knows this area like the back of their hand. We hire people from the nearby villages mostly because they understand the land. We have got some heavy equipment parked out in the yard, and it is usually quite a busy scene. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you will probably see someone in work boots walking around the site. We usually eat our lunch together under the shade when the sun gets too hot. The work is hard and the hours can be long, but it is what we do. Jagannathpur is a small place, so everyone knows we are here. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes.
