The Masters Salon

Our shop is out on Mandla Road, near the Katariya Theme Park. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city, but people in Bilhari and Tilhari know where we are. We are quite close to the old ice factory, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us for the first time. The area here is a bit more open than the center of Jabalpur, which is nice because we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. We set up the salon with the idea that people shouldn't have to go all the way into town for a decent haircut. We have the usual setup—comfy chairs, big mirrors, and all our combs and scissors lined up. It gets quite busy on the weekends when families go to the theme park and the dads stop by here for a quick fix-up. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who have been cutting hair for years. We know how to handle different styles, but we don't do anything too crazy. The walls have a few pictures on them and we always have the radio playing in the background. It is just a place where you can sit down for twenty minutes, forget about the traffic on Mandla Road, and walk out looking a bit sharper. We don't ask for much, just for people to leave happy with their hair. That's the way it is here.
