Dreamdry

Dreamdry is located in Datt Tower right by the Shastri Bridge in Jabalpur. It is a pretty busy spot because we are next to Commercial Auto Mobile, so there are always cars and bikes zooming past. I set up the shop here because Napier Town is a central place where everyone passes through. The shop itself is pretty straightforward. We do hair and some other basic stuff, but we don't try to be something we are not. The name sounds a bit modern, I guess, but the way we run things is very traditional. I like things to be clean and tidy, but I don't have a fancy front desk or a receptionist. You just walk in and if I am free, I will get started on your hair. The bridge nearby makes the whole building vibrate a little when big trucks go over it, which was weird at first but now I don't even notice. Most days are steady, with a mix of people going to the office or kids who need their hair cut for school. I use the same tools I’ve had for a long time because they work well. Sometimes I think about changing the decor, but then I figure the customers come for the service, not the curtains. It is a plain, working shop for plain, working people. I stay open late most nights because that is when people finish their shifts and finally have time for themselves.
