Le Hair & Beauty Unisex Salon is at Shop No 2 on the ground floor of Chouhan Market. This is in Wright Town, Jabalpur. We are right beside the Aradhya Group at Mata Square. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can see right in from the street. Mata Square is a landmark that everyone around here knows, so it’s easy to explain where we are. The market has its own noise and energy, with shops opening up at different times. We usually start by cleaning the glass and setting up the tools for the day. It’s a unisex place, so we see all sorts of people walking in. The chairs are old but comfortable, and we have a small space for people to wait. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when there are more than three or four people inside, but we make it work. Wright Town is a busy part of the city, so there is never a dull moment outside the door. We don’t do anything fancy with the decor, just the basic stuff you need to run a salon. It’s about the work we do with our hands, day in and day out. We get the mail, talk to the neighbors in Chouhan Market, and just keep the business running like any other small shop in the neighborhood. It’s just us doing our thing and hoping the day goes by smoothly without any big issues or power cuts.
