Katni Arts And Commerce College

We’ve been running Katni Arts And Commerce College here in Katni for quite some time now. The college is sitting right at the 483501 pin code area, which most locals know well. It’s not one of those huge, shiny campuses you see in movies, but it does the job for the students who come here for their arts and commerce degrees. Most of our days are spent dealing with the usual stuff like busy classrooms and students hanging around the corridors during their breaks. The rooms are pretty basic with just the standard desks and boards. We try to keep things moving so everyone can get their work done without too much trouble. Sometimes the summer heat in Katni gets a bit much and the ceiling fans don't do much more than move the warm air around, but we all just get on with it. We have a small team here and we mostly know each other by name. Most of the kids are from the town or the villages nearby. They usually arrive by bus or on their cycles in the morning. We don’t bother with fancy websites or big marketing tricks because people know where we are. The library is a quiet spot, though some of the books have been there for decades. It’s just a regular place where people come to study and hopefully get a decent job later. We see new faces every session and say goodbye to the ones who finish.
