Anoopkumar

I am Anoop Kumar and I run things from the Arakkaparambil House. We are located in the Pullut area of Kodungallur. My house is also my office, which is quite common around here. It is called Anoop Nivas. I’ve lived in this part of Kerala all my life and I don’t plan on leaving. The air is better here than in the cities and it’s a good place to focus. I don’t have a big staff or a HR department. If there is a problem, I’m the one who fixes it. My daily routine is pretty simple. I wake up, have some tea, and then start going through my tasks for the day. I don’t believe in spending a lot of money on making things look shiny. I would rather spend that time actually doing the work. People in Kodungallur know me as a neighbor first and a business owner second. That is how I like it. I treat everyone who comes by with respect, but I don't use those customer service scripts you hear on the phone. I just talk like a normal person. Sometimes the monsoon rains make everything a bit damp and slow, but we keep moving forward. It’s a quiet life at Anoop Nivas, but there is always plenty of work to keep me busy from morning until late evening. This is just how I’ve always done things.
