You can find us on the first floor of Metro Tower, in rooms A-104 and 105. We are right in the middle of Vijay Nagar in Indore, which is a really busy part of the city. Xtrim Global Solutions is the name on the door, but we are just a small group of people working together. Being in Metro Tower is handy because everything is close by, but finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got a few rows of desks, some whiteboards that are mostly covered in old scribbles, and a small area where we keep the water cooler. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We do business solutions, which mostly means we help other companies figure out their tech and systems. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Indore. We just want to do a good job for the people who come to us. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to meet a deadline, but we usually manage to have a laugh now and then. We don't have a dress code or anything, so you’ll usually see us in whatever was clean that morning. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to earn a living in the city.
