Nliven Technologies

Nliven Technologies is located at 6A Shree Nagar Annex in Indore. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical work. We aren't in one of those huge glass office towers. Instead, we have a practical space that feels more like a home than a corporate office. There’s a handful of us here, mostly sitting at our desks with our monitors and keyboards. We spend a lot of time writing code and talking about how to fix different problems. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and old hardware, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big HR department or a formal dress code. Most days we just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. Indore gets pretty warm, so the air conditioning is usually running full blast. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and chat during breaks. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get a lot done. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the best places nearby to grab a quick lunch. We don't bother with fancy presentations or big speeches about what we do. We just sit down, do the work, and try to make sure things run smoothly for our clients. It’s just a regular small business making its way in the city. We like it that way and haven't seen a reason to change how we operate.
