We're based at 26/E in Prajapat Nagar, which is a fairly quiet part of Indore. Our office is a straightforward setup where we handle various tech and solution tasks. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a movie about startups. It’s just a regular room with some sturdy desks and people who know their way around a computer. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has grown up around us. We like the fact that it isn't right in the middle of the heavy city traffic, though getting here can still be a bit of a trek during rush hour. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no one here who just sits and watches others work. We all pitch in. If the printer jams, one of us fixes it. If we need more coffee, someone goes and grabs it. It’s a very horizontal way of running things. We don't use big titles or have a lot of hierarchy. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished before it gets too late. Our office has a lot of natural light, which is nice, though the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days. We don't worry too much about the decor as long as the internet is fast and the work is getting done. It’s a decent place.
