Our office for Wecode Byte India Private Limited is at 76 Vyaktesh Nagar Extn in Indore. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it feels quite homely. We aren't in one of those huge office parks. Instead, we are in a regular building on a street that gets some foot traffic but isn't overly noisy. We have a couple of rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. It gets a little cluttered with all the cables and books, but we know where everything is. Being in Vyaktesh Nagar Extn means we are close to some good local spots for tea and snacks. We usually take a break in the afternoon to stretch our legs. Wecode Byte India Private Limited is a small team. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team. We just handle the technical stuff ourselves. It’s a lot of hours sitting in front of the screen, but we manage. Sometimes the weather in Indore gets really hot, and we just crank up the fans and keep going. We don't have a polished story about why we started; we just needed a place to work and this address was available. It’s served us well so far. We just come in, do what needs to be done for our clients, and go home. It’s a basic, honest way to run things. We don't worry about being fancy; we just focus on the code and the work.
